ePermission for Endorsement: Teachers

Tools of the Mind is a research-based early childhood program that works to close the achievement gap for low income, minority and dual language learning children by systematically building the foundational skills children need to be successful in school and life.

As part of my participation in the Tools of the Mind endorsement process, I consent to video of my teaching and learning interactions with students being viewed by Tools of the Mind team, and a peer educator, Master Teacher or coach applying for endorsement from another school.

I also grant the right to edit, use, and reuse this classroom video for Tools of the Mind’s nonprofit educational purposes, including use in professional development to help teachers, Master Teachers and administrators learn to implement and support Tools of the Mind in their programs. I also release Tools of the Mind and its agents and employees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
